Procedure

  • Inspect carpet prior to cleaning.
  • Pre-treat carpet to “suspend” bonded soil.
  • Rinse and extract using hot water extraction method.
  • Treat stubborn spots with our special stain remover products.
  • Apply deodorizer or protector, as requested. 
  • Groom the carpet to speed drying and give an even appearance.

Tile & Grout Cleaning


​Just like carpet, hard surfaces require the occasional deep cleaning that only the professionals can provide. Due to the porous nature of tile and grout, dirt and grime can accumulate on these surfaces, resulting in a dull and dingy appearance. Luckily, Bruce’s can clean your hard surfaces, too! With our powerful equipment, we can remove the dirt that you can’t, leaving your surfaces bright and clean. Upholstery Cleaning


​Like carpet, furniture provides yet another resting place for dirt and dust. Over time, abrasive soils can damage the fabric and cause a dull appearance. In addition, the accumulation of allergens, such as dust mites, can lead to health issues. Bruce’s can effectively remove almost all of these pollutants.​ 


Because it provides the best cleaning, we use the Hot Water Extraction method on upholstery. With regular cleanings, your upholstered fabrics will maintain their appearance year after year. If requested, the application of our fine fabric protector can provide an extra barrier of protection against spills and premature wear.

Carpet and Upholstery Protector


​New fabrics generally come with some kind of protector. This protector creates an invisible barrier around the fibers of the carpet or upholstery, which prevents dry soils from abrading the material, and spills becoming stains. Over time, this protector breaks down from everyday use and cleaning. We offer and recommend reapplying Dupont Teflon® fabric protector to any fabric you have cleaned. By doing so, your carpet and upholstery will look brighter, stay cleaner and last longer..
